Return Policy

Returns are accepted on non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery date. You can choose an exchange, a store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Your item(s) must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear. All tags must be attached to each item.

If any items being returned that arrive after the 14 day period or show any signs of wear or damage, we unfortunately will not be able to process it and have to send them back to you.

SALE ITEMS (NOT INCLUDING NORMALLY FULL-PRICE ITEMS WITH DISCOUNT CODE) ARE FINAL SALE. 

COMPLETING A RETURN:
To complete your return, please submit a request through our Contact Us page. From there, enter in your original order number, the email used to place the order, and whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or a refund. If you chose store credit, your credit will be emailed to you for future purchases. 

When sending back your item(s), we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your original receipt, email confirmation or any other proof of purchase with your item(s) in each package. We will not be able to process your return without this information.

Each person returning an item(s) is responsible for shipping costs. Valley & Sky is currently unable to provide return labels when processing returns. All shipping costs when placing the original order are non-refundable.

Please allow 2-3 days to process your return as we are carefully inspecting each item upon its arrival! In the meantime, we would love to hear from you on how we can help you choose another item. Please email, call or text us with any questions you may have and we will be happy to help you.
